Purpose of the Job The Role of Head - NW Performance & Analytics (GM) to acts as a technical expert across WiFi, CPEs, in-home connectivity, OLTs, and core infrastructure. The role involves collaboration with internal teams for selection and qualification of new technologies, proactive and reactive resolution of network issues (with NOC & HDO), and active engagement with vendors and OEMs to ensure issue resolution and product reliability. Deliverables Key role of this function will be optimizing broadband network performance by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics. Technical Expertise : This function will serve as the technical expert in the broadband domain, covering different network areas such as WiFi, CPE (including home CPEs, ONT, mesh networks, access points, and outdoor CPE), inside home connectivity, Optical Line Terminals (OLTs), and core network infrastructure. Selection and qualification -The function will collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D, Planning, and Digitization, to support the selection and qualification of new CPEs, in-home tools, and OLT OEMS & technologies. diagnosing and resolving -Additionally, the function will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, such as outages, slow speeds, and connectivity challenges both reactive & proactively, in close coordination with the NOC (Network Operations Center) and HDO teams with a focus on inside home, CPE, core, and OLT-related issues. Vendor & OEM Engagement -Furthermore, this role will liaise with equipment vendors to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
