Wiz Implementation Skillset:
1. Platform Configuration & Integration
Hands-on ability to set up, configure and connect the WiZ platform to the client environment and tools.
* Multi-Cloud Connectors: Expert in deploying and testing connectors for GCP, Azure, and OCI.
* Identity Management: Configure and test IdP Integration, applying RBAC and Hierarchy rules.
* Operational Integration: Configure real-time data flow for SIEM (SentinelOne) and workflow automation for ITSM (remediation tracking).
* Alerting: Set up platform-specific alerts, reports, and dashboards.
2. Policy-as-Code (PaC) Development
The core development responsibility for creating and operationalizing security policies.
* Custom PaC Development: Advanced skill in scripting, unit testing, and deploying new Custom PaC rules.
* Deployment Pipeline: Integrate developed and OOTB policies into the client's CI/CD/IaC pipeline.
* Policy Enforcement: Understand the execution differences between build-time and runtime policy deployment.
3. Technical Validation & Quality
Testing and verification to ensure the platform is production-ready.
* Simulation Testing: Design and execute tests simulating misconfigurations to verify detection and alerting capabilities.
* Data Integrity: Validate the accuracy of data ingestion, mapping, and policy evaluation results.
* Code Verification: Review and validate the final WiZ Code for container scanning and proposed remediation steps.
