Key Responsibilities: - Analyze electrical schematics and diagrams to determine wiring harness requirements. - Skillfully assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering. - Conduct rigorous quality checks to uphold safety and performance standards. - Identify and resolve wiring harness issues daily to maintain product integrity. - Maintain meticulous records of all wiring harness assemblies and revisions. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks. - Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained for optimal performance and safety. - Adhere to stringent safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Desired Qualifications: - ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Electronics or a related field. - Previous experience in wiring harness assembly or a related role. - Hands-on experience in wiring harness development and assembly. - 1 to 3 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the automobile industry.
