wirecut operator

• Operate Wirecut (EDM) machines for precision cutting as per design specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD data for accurate machining.
• Set up, program, and monitor the Wirecut process.
• Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy in finished components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Coordinate with the design and tool room team to meet production targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of machining activities and inspection reports.

Requirements

NEED TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE MACHINO & SODIK MACHINE

• ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Wirecut Operator.
• Strong knowledge of EDM/Wirecut machines and related software.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety practices preferred.
