Security guard

1. Access Control

• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain entry logs.
• Issue visitor passes and ensure visitors are escorted when required.

2. Surveillance & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor CCTV cameras for unusual activity.
• Conduct regular patrolling of premises (internal and external).
• Identify and report suspicious activities or persons.

3. Safety & Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid when needed.
• Report accidents, hazards, or safety issues immediately.

4. Asset Protection

• Safeguard company property, equipment, and inventory.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and damage to assets.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities in stores and dispatch areas.

5. Law & Policy Enforcement

• Ensure employees and visitors follow company security policies.
• Prevent unauthorized photography, recording, or document removal.
• Stop prohibited items from entering the premises.

6. Incident Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily security logs (entry/exit, incidents, unusual observations).
• Report incidents to the Security Officer/Manager immediately.
• Prepare detailed incident reports when required.

7. Customer Service & Assistance

• Provide directions and assistance to visitors and employees.
• Handle situations professionally to avoid conflict escalation.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors.

8. Compliance & Training

• Follow company security protocols and legal regulations.
• Attend regular security and emergency response training.
• Keep updated with new security measures and technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
