Wire EDM Operator

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Wire EDM Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating Electronica or similar Sprintcut Wire EDM machines. You will be responsible for setting up and running jobs independently as per drawings and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up Wire EDM machines (preferably Electronica Sprintcut or similar) Interpret engineering drawings, job cards, and part specifications Prepare and clamp the workpiece accurately for machining Select, align, and secure fixtures and electrodes Load CNC programs and make necessary offsets or edits if required Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure quality output Conduct in-process inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy Maintain job logs and process sheets for audit and traceability Ensure timely completion of jobs as per delivery schedule Basic maintenance and upkeep of machine and work area Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workstation 📞 Contact: Harsh Deshmukh 📱 +91 9960246459
