Job Title: Wire Cut Operator

Location: Kanpur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wire Cut Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operating wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up wire cut EDM machines as per job requirements

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

Ensure accurate cutting and finishing of components

Inspect parts for quality and precision using measuring tools

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules

Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure high standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3–5 years in wire EDM operations

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Knowledge of different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)

Familiarity with surface finish and tolerance standards

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate:

Local candidate from Kanpur or nearby areas

Able to work in shifts if required

Team player with good communication skills
