The candidate will actively work on L2 and L3 related issues on the Windows platform, managing client infrastructure and resolving queries within stipulated timeframes. This role is part of a 24x7 rotation support team and involves answering customer queries via email and calls. The candidate should take ownership of escalations from the Level 1 team and ensure customer satisfaction. Involvement in implementing and designing architecture for clients is required.

Responsibilities

Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
Designing, implementing, and configuring Microsoft Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016, and O365) with Active Directory 2012 R2/2016 datacenter setups in hybrid or on-premises environments.
Leading migration projects for upgrading Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013/2016/O365.
Configuring and troubleshooting infrastructure setups such as DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
Setup, install, and upgrade Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
Install, configure, and migrate Active Directory Domain Controllers.
Troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) related issues, including DNS zone issues and site/subnet reviews.
Configure and troubleshoot Group Policies and replication issues.
Scripting experience for configuration of Windows Servers.
Install and configure DFS/DFS-R, and resolve replication issues.
Contact vendors in case of system failures.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Windows Servers L2/L3 support.
Knowledge of Server/Infrastructure Technology at Level 2/3.
Experience handling international customers (preferably US/UK).
Graduate degree preferred.
