Wintel Administrator L2

As a Windows Administrator L2 in Gurugram, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring and administration of Windows Servers, IIS, and Active Directory. Your role will involve creating, modifying, and managing alerts for servers, along with configuring and troubleshooting different Windows OS platforms such as Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022. You should have a strong understanding of technologies like Domain WINS DNS DHCP IIS WSUS, Disk & Storage Management, File & Print Server Management, Terminal Services, RAID Administration, NTFS, and be capable of troubleshooting issues related to these applications. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of OS migration concepts, Microsoft Windows failover Cluster installation, server RAID configurations, File Server management, Print Server management, FTP & SFTP services, Active Directory, DNS services, Azure AD, and VMware. Your responsibilities will also include performance fine-tuning at the OS level, working on Server RAID configurations, maintaining NTFS permissions, and providing technical documentation and reports. Strong communication skills are essential for handling customer and technical calls, as well as supporting the L1 team as needed. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position that requires you to work in morning shifts.
