Title: Systems Administrator Windows and VMware We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in PowerShell scripting, Windows Server administration, and VMware virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's Windows based infrastructure and VMware environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks. Implement scripting solutions to enhance system monitoring, logging, and reporting. Streamline system administration processes through efficient scripting practices. Demonstrated experience in PowerShell scripting for system automation. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating the application packaging and deployment processes. Package, test, and deploy software applications for Windows operating systems using PowerShell scripting. Proven experience in application packaging and deployment, with a focus on PowerShell scripting. Implement scripting solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Manage and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure. Create, configure, and optimize virtual machines in VMware environments. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and software deployment methodologies. Package, test, and deploy software applications for Windows operating systems using PowerShell scripting. Proactively identify and address potential system bottlenecks. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server environments. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and task execution. Collaborate with application owners, IT support teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns. Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT teams during the deployment process Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems. In depth knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts. Familiarity with networking, storage, and security principles in Windows environments. Hands on experience with VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies. Implement scripting solutions to enhance system monitoring, logging, and reporting. Streamline system administration processes through efficient scripting practices. VMware Virtualization: Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems. Perform regular system updates, patches, and ensure system security. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server environments. Implement monitoring solutions for Windows servers and VMware infrastructure. Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for resource utilization. Proactively identify and address potential system bottlenecks. Documentation: Maintain up to date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with the team to create and update knowledge base articles. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Skills: Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent certifications are a plus. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment. .
