You should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system administration with skills in Windows, Linux, and programming, as well as OEM certifications. Additionally, a good understanding of networking concepts is required. It is important to be well-versed in RFP requirements and deliverables, and possess good interpersonal skills to collaborate with the existing IT and cybersecurity operation teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams at various locations to provide configuration and troubleshooting support for the proposed NMS. You should also be able to configure new networking devices, IT inventory, and workflows during the support period. Knowledge of Everest NMS and ITSM skills will be advantageous for this position. The minimum educational qualification required is BE/B-Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems. This position is based in Bangalore.,
