Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator with strong experience in managing Windows environments aKey Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows client OS.- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.- Apply patches, updates, and security hardening.- Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines using VMware Workstation.- Optimize resource allocation and ensure compatibility with physical infrastructure.- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for virtual environments.- Configure network settings for physical and virtual systems.- Implement security best practices, including firewall and antivirus configurations.- Monitor logs and respond to security incidents.- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for routine tasks and automation.- Document processes and maintain configuration records.- Ensure adherence to organizational IT policies and licensing requirements.- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.Required Skills- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client operating systems.- Hands-on experience with VMware Workstation (or similar virtualization tools).- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices.Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration and virtualization.
