As a Systems Admin Windows L3, your role involves installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based servers and systems within the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, controlling user access, and managing data security. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows/Virtualization - Supervise L2 team members - Ensure Servers Uptime is maintained - Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines - Handle escalated calls Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Windows server flavors - Proficiency in active directory management - Experience with Hyper V virtualization - Familiarity with patch management tools like WSUS and SCCM - Understanding of clustering - Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IIS - Experience in backup/storage/RAID technologies - Ability to perform performance analysis and troubleshooting - Awareness of Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity, and other management systems of the organization In addition, the following skills would be beneficial: - Strategic planning and Management capabilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations - Understanding of Network and Security This job requires a solid foundation in Windows server management and a range of related technologies to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
