Windchill Migration Architect

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Architect to join our team in India. You will be responsible for leading the migration of Windchill applications, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity and system performance. As a Windchill Migration Architect, your responsibilities will include leading the migration of Windchill applications to newer versions or platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and challenges of the migration process, design and implement migration strategies and plans, perform data mapping and validation to ensure data integrity during migration, provide technical support and troubleshooting, and train and mentor team members on Windchill functionalities and migration best practices. Additionally, you will document migration procedures, workflows, and technical specifications. To qualify for this role, you should have 10-12 years of experience in Windchill implementation and migration projects. You should possess strong knowledge of Windchill architecture and customization, experience with PDM and PLM processes and tools, proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, XML, or SQL, familiarity with database management systems and data migration tools, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
