Develop and maintain custom Windchill applications and extensions using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.
Configure and manage Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and PartsLink.
Implement workflows, lifecycles, and business rules based on requirements.
Perform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of the Windchill environment.
Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks), and third-party applications.
Create technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill functionality, performance, or integration.
Work with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable PLM solutions.
Support data migration, import/export activities, and report generation (e.g., using Windchill Query Builder or BIRT).
Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and data security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
36 years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill development and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, object modeling, and customization best practices.
Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and JavaScript.
Experience with Windchill APIs, Info*Engine tasks, and workflows.
Familiarity with CAD data management and integration (e.g., Creo).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
