Description
Key Responsibilities: Minimum 5 to 8 years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Application Development . Strong understanding of Engineering R&D and New Product Development processes. Ability to customize PLM solutions in Parts Management, Product Structure Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Option & Variant Management . Extensive experience in customization using Java and Windchill REST APIs . Strong knowledge of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES . Hands-on experience with CAD systems and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as SolidWorks, CREO, and AutoCAD , along with their integration with Windchill. Deep understanding of Windchill-to-ERP integration ; any relevant ERP integration experience is a significant advantage. Expertise in PLM solution architecture , covering all phases of the product lifecycle . Strong knowledge of technical architecture, design, installation, configuration, customization, integration, and performance tuning of PTC Windchill . Proven ability to build strong customer relationships , excellent communication skills , and a commitment to quality customer service . Experience in cost control, leadership, solution presentation, and team motivation . Hands-on experience in Windchill Technical Support and familiarity with ITSM concepts .
