Windchill Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Windchill applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions aligned with business needs. - Developing and maintaining Windchill customizations, including Java-based applications, workflows, and scripts. - Integrating Windchill with other enterprise systems such as SAP and CRM. - Troubleshooting and resolving Windchill-related issues including performance, data integrity, and security concerns. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for all Windchill customizations and integrations. - Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Working with QA teams to create and execute test plans and scripts. - Staying updated with new Windchill releases, features, and industry best practices. Qualification Required: - 6-12 years of experience in Windchill customization including workflows, scripts, and custom applications. - Knowledge of PLM concepts, data modeling, and data governance. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git. - Skills in debugging and resolving complex Windchill-related issues. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
