Operations & Maintenance Monitor network performance and uptime using NMS tools. Perform routine maintenance and periodic upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, bandwidth, and signal issues. Coordinate with local technicians and contractors for on-ground support. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Manage district-level vendors for procurement, installation, and AMC services. Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and institutional partners where applicable. Support customer service teams in resolving escalated complaints. Reporting & Compliance Maintain documentation for all site installations and upgrades. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on uptime, usage, faults, and maintenance. Ensure all installations comply with telecom regulations, safety protocols, and cyber-security policies.
