We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Wholesale Salesman to join our garment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bulk buyers, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring a smooth wholesale sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage wholesale buyers visiting the shop
• Pitch products professionally and clearly to retailers and resellers
• Take and process orders efficiently (manual or system-based)
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of current stock, trends, and pricing
• Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer details
• Follow up with clients for repeat orders or pending payments
• Coordinate with warehouse or stock staff for dispatch and delivery
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or return/exchange issues professionally
• Promote slow-moving or old stock tactfully
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Experience in garment wholesale sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of billing/invoicing processes
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
• Good team player and punctual
