Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and talented Western Dance Teacher to join our Performing Arts team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more Western dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Freestyle, Bollywood, Zumba, or Aerobics, and be capable of training students with creativity, rhythm, and confidence. The candidate should be able to inspire students, foster discipline, and nurture their artistic abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Western dance lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and event needs.
• Teach students dance techniques, choreography, body movement, and rhythm coordination.
• Prepare students for stage performances, school events, competitions, and annual day programs.
• Conduct regular rehearsals and guide students on expressions, formations, costumes, and stage presence.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and positive classroom behavior.
• Collaborate with the music, art, and physical education departments for integrated programs or events.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Certification in Western Dance, Performing Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, academy, or dance studio.
• Proficiency in at least one Western dance style (Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Freestyle, Bollywood, Zumba, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage students effectively.
• Passionate about teaching and developing young performers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
