Western Dance Instructor

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Coach to join our team. As a Dance Coach, you will work with individuals or groups of various ages and skill levels, providing instruction and guidance in dance technique, choreography, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance, a positive attitude, and a passion for mentoring and inspiring others. Responsibilities: Lead and teach dance classes for children of all levels. Design, choreograph, and implement dance routines and performances for competitions, recitals, or events. Provide individualized coaching to students to improve their dance technique, flexibility, strength, and performance skills. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Ensure the safety of all students during practice sessions and performances. Communicate with students and teachers about class schedules, performances, and any important updates. Assist in organizing and overseeing rehearsals, performances, and competitions. Maintain knowledge of current trends, techniques, and best practices in the dance industry.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dance Coach or Instructor, Strong background in Western Dance form Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with students of all skill levels and age groups. Certification in dance instruction or coaching (preferred, but not required). Ability to choreograph and create innovative and engaging routines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for dance and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
