Job Description

Role Overview: As the WEST & CENTRAL INDIA SALES MANAGER for our client, a global leader in process films and industrial performance solutions, your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic growth in West & Central India and parts of East India. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing key accounts, promoting cross-selling initiatives, and representing the company at various events and locations. Your key focus will be on managing major accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and closely collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales in existing and new accounts, with a strong emphasis on fostering cross-selling opportunities. - Participate actively in regional marketing events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. - Act as a brand ambassador at client and industry touchpoints, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a team-oriented approach towards achieving sales targets. - Manage major accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive strategic growth in the assigned regions. - Represent the company at various events and locations to promote business and build strong relationships. - Occasionally travel internationally within Asia and Europe for training and meetings, with a valid driving license preferred.
