We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers (Male & Female) to join our sales and customer relations team.
Your role will include reaching out to potential clients, explaining our product range (Dry Fruits, Pulses & Spices), and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Promote and explain company products and offers over the phone.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer data and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and closures.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).
Positive attitude, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
