Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and pathways.

• Explain entry requirements, eligibility, German language levels, and documentation needed.

• Assist with SOPs, LORs, CV formats, and academic documentation.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely progress of each application.

• Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and telephonic enquiries professionally.

• Update CRM and maintain accurate student records.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (mandatory).

• Experience in education counselling or admissions preferred (Germany/Europe advantage).

• Ability to explain study options clearly and build trust with students and parents.

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

• Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.
