You will be responsible for being the front face of the company's research services, which involves identifying leads, engaging with skincare brands (both startups and established companies), establishing trust, and closing deals in conjunction with the internal research and formulation team. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and contacting potential B2B leads (such as D2C skincare brands, cosmetic entrepreneurs, and wellness brands) through existing leads or cold calls. You will need to present Skinovation Sciences research services in a compelling manner, build and maintain client relationships across India and global markets, collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliverables, follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will represent Skinovation Sciences at digital marketing and sales events/webinars as necessary. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, biotech, or research sectors. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of skincare and wellness trends are essential. Having a network in startup ecosystems would be considered a bonus.
