Responsibilities:

Excellent Communication Skills With high Attention for Details
Evaluate the nutritional needs of Patients taking the Various Disease Management Programs
Provide Nutritional counselling and create diet plans for patients of Chronic Diseases
Follow up on them and alter their diet charts as per their Progress
Consult with other Health Professionals on nutrition management for individuals patients
Give the Patients an Exercise regime and Follow up on it
Provide Education and Knowledge about nutrition in Health Camps
Understand their problems and provide them solution
Co-ordinate with the dieticians and help your customers to balance their life style
