Wellbeing Coordinator-VTH-Senior Associate

You will be joining EY as a Wellbeing Coordinator in the GDS India team, specifically part of the Talent Services (TS) function. Your role will involve supporting the Region Wellbeing team by handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations support. It is crucial for you to maintain a professional attitude when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information, while also ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute wellness session calendars, including scheduling, logistics, and approvals. - Manage communication channels such as invites, mailers, Yammer posts, and reminders to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information. - Oversee logistics for onsite engagements, including room bookings, material approvals, security coordination, and announcements. - Track participation, maintain subscriber lists, and address wellness-related queries efficiently. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for reviewing content, managing approvals, and ensuring smooth execution of events. You should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with an HR specialization. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field at a coordinator or administrative level is required. Demonstrated experience in working with different stakeholders with competing needs and exposure to international and diverse environments will be beneficial for this role.
