Well Test Operator

As a Well Test Operator at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating well test equipment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barmer, with the flexibility of some work from home. Your daily tasks will involve performing tests, troubleshooting issues, recording data accurately, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be providing training to junior operators, effectively communicating with team members and supervisors regarding test status and results. To excel in this role, you should have experience with test equipment and testing procedures, possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this position, as you will be required to maintain accuracy in recording data. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry would be advantageous, although not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further technical education would be beneficial.
