Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Welding Supervisor / Technician with 5 to 10 years of experience in structural or heavy fabrication welding. The ideal candidate should have an ITI or Diploma in Welding Technology and be based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate welding operations to ensure high-quality results.
Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement welding procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements.
Train and guide junior technicians on welding techniques and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural or heavy fabrication welding.
ITI or Diploma in Welding Technology.
Strong knowledge of welding principles, practices, and equipment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality control measures and inspection procedures.
