Welding Machine Technician

• Operates and maintains welding equipment in the automotive industry.
• Primarily involved in welding operations for vehicle manufacturing and repair.
• They utilize various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding, to join metal components, repair damaged body panels, and fabricate custom parts.
• Operating Welding Equipment:Setting up, operating, and maintaining various welding machines, including both manual and robotic systems.
• Inspecting and Testing:Inspecting welded workpieces for quality, strength, and accuracy, ensuring they meet specified standards.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing and repairing welding equipment malfunctions and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries.
