Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder/Fitter at Gavali Fabricators & Erectors, located in Kolhapur. The Welder/Fitter will be responsible for performing daily welding tasks including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. The role involves assembling and fitting metal components according to blueprints or other specifications. The individual will also be required to inspect materials, measure and cut metal pieces, and ensure the quality and accuracy of fabrication tasks. Compliance with safety standards and protocols is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding
• Experience in general welding and metal fabrication
• Knowledge and understanding of materials used in welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines
• Prior experience in the fabrication industry is beneficial
• Relevant welding certifications are a plus
