As a Welder at our company, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your strong technical welding skills, hands-on experience, and commitment to working with precision and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, ARC, or other welding techniques as required. - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. - Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding materials. - Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure strong and clean welds. - Conduct repairs, fabrication, and assembly of metal components. - Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Collaborate effectively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on welding experience. - Strong knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety practices. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Experience in fabrication, metal cutting, and finishing preferred. - ITI Welder or equivalent certification is a plus. - Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
