Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related trade. 3 to 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding in a fabrication setup. * Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication work . The candidate must be proficient in welding techniques on carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), aluminum , and sheet metal components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG and MIG welding operations on CS, SS, aluminum, and sheet metal. Read and interpret fabrication and welding drawings. Prepare materials and surfaces for welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning). Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures as per specifications. Ensure high-quality welds with proper alignment, penetration, and finish. Inspect welds and conduct basic quality checks to meet standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Collaborate with fitters, fabricators, and quality teams for seamless workflow.
