Job Summary: A skilled Welder responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components using TIG, MIG, and Arc welding techniques. The welder reads blueprints, follows safety standards, and produces strong, high-quality welds for structural, industrial, or manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities : Perform TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Arc/Stick (SMAW) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Set up welding equipment, select proper electrodes, wires, and shielding gases Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality Repair and maintain metal structures, equipment, and tools Measure, cut, and fit metal pieces before welding Follow workplace safety rules and wear protective equipment Maintain welding tools and keep the work area clean
