Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder based in Ludhiana. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks, including TIG, MIG, and Arc welding, to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. Daily responsibilities also include interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, handling welding equipment, completing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times. The role necessitates collaboration with other team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in various welding techniques such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
Strong understanding of welding processes and materials handling
Experience in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices in welding
A high school diploma or a vocational/technical certification in Welding or a related field is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to produce precise and high-quality welds
Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
