Job Responsibilities:

• Experience of Robotic Weld Shop, i.e Fanuc, Yaskawa robotic line
• To handle the manpower.
• To check safety parameters.
• To change or convert fixtures in different variants and check their condition.
• To prepare all documents related to problem and their solution, as daily production report, finished

component report.

• To properly locate inventory.
• To maintain 5S in the shop floor area.
• Have done full proofing for component and Kaizen related to processes for the welded assembly /sub-assemblies
• Knowledge of Kai-Zen, Poke-yoke, 5S etc.
• Knowledge of defect trouble shooting Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Yaskawa & Fanuc robotics

welding systems.

• Good Knowledge/command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
• Line/shift Wise Manpower planning/deployment.
• Responsible for achieving daily and monthly production targets.
• Responsible for defect free operations.
• Responsible for taking countermeasures for in-house quality problems.
• Responsible for improving productivity and reduction in down time.
• Down time analysis and taking countermeasures to reduce the same.
• Providing on-the-job training to operators for increasing productivity, up gradation and skill improvement

to achieve multi skill targets of the associates.

• Reduction of unnecessary manpower from the workforce.
• Planning and optimum utilization of 4M (man, machine, material and method).

  B. Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering
