Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you should possess a Diploma and have a minimum of 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in the industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing Body Accuracy & White Body - Inspecting Sheet metal Parts involving both Press & Weld processes - Participating in BIW production processes and actively engaging in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis, and countermeasure implementation - Involvement in Closure Accuracy Maturation and Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation In terms of technical skills, you should have knowledge about: - New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process - FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning, and various Alignment methods used for inspection - Closure Quality Maturation processes, assembly-related issues reported for closures & White Body - Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar, etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Quality Maturation Plan/Process, which involves activities at various stages of Development such as Production Proto, Mass Production Proto.
