Job Description

Role Overview: As a B.E Mechanical with 4 years of experience in welding assembly process planning with IE related activities, you will be responsible for creating Sequence of Events & OMS documentation. Your role will involve in-depth knowledge and experience in welding processes, including the creation and reviewing of Sequences of Events, Process Planning, and Operator Method Sheets for Weldment Manufacturing. Additionally, you will be involved in work content estimation, line balancing, manpower planning, ergonomic evaluation of jobs, kitting, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methods. Your expertise in SAP for Routings and BOM creation will be essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Modelling e-tool, preferably CREO. You will utilize your skills in using Computer Aided Design tools, and have a good understanding of Weld Drawings, Weld Symbols, and GD & T. Your experience in Workflow processing, including Manufacturing sequence of events, Weldment drawing review, tolerance review, and DFMW, will be valuable. You will also be involved in manual and robotics weld processes, executing PDP / OFP Welding projects in Weld Process Planning, DFMW Analysis, and Manual & Robotics welding at an individual capacity. Your responsibilities will include welding process selection, parameter selection and optimization, as well as identifying and implementing quality, safety, and ergonomic improvement ideas.
