You should have at least 1 year of experience in Laser Nesting offline software Programming, particularly with Metalix CAD/CAM Sheet Metal Software. Your role will involve having a good understanding and practical experience in Sheetmetal Fabrication Processes such as cutting and bending operations. You will be required to study and follow existing programs, create new programs as per standards, calculate time standards, and update details accordingly. Additionally, knowledge and experience in ERP for Routings and BOM creation will be essential. Familiarity with Workflow processing, including manufacturing sequence of events, work center selection, drawing review, and tolerance review, is also necessary. As a Programmer in our team, you should be a self-starter capable of planning and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing production schedules and nesting priorities to develop CNC programs for manufacturing body component parts. You will use CNC programming software to convert CAD designs and operate CNC laser cutting and punching equipment, as well as other process equipment like Fiber Laser cutting or bending machines. The qualifications and requirements for this position include at least one year of experience with AutoCAD and nesting software, specifically Metalix CAD/CAM Sheet Metal Software. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for candidates with up to 1 year of work experience in programming. The work location is in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Pune, Maharashtra is preferred.
