Welcome Desk Executive

Role Overview: You will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Additionally, you will notify relevant employees when visitors arrive and keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems. It is crucial for you to answer visitors" questions, calls, and emails while providing them with the relevant information. You will also be responsible for maintaining visitor, employee, and department directories and logs, following security procedures, organizing the reception area, keeping a record of office supply inventory and expenses, signing for deliveries, and ensuring all mail and packages are distributed accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately - Notify relevant employees upon visitors" arrival - Monitor security and telecommunications systems - Answer visitors" questions, calls, and emails - Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs - Follow security procedures and issue visitor badges - Organize the reception area per office procedures - Record office supply inventory and expenses - Sign for deliveries and distribute mail and packages Qualifications Required: - Must be 35+ years of age, female preferred - Experience in welcome desk: 5 years preferred Please note that the job location is Mohali, Punjab. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Mohali before starting work. The work location is in-person.,
