To be successful in this role, you should have experience in design or development related to dashboard (I/P) parts, interior decorative parts, or console parts. Additionally, you should possess an understanding of manufacturing processes and costing functions, hands-on experience in testing at the part and vehicle level, and expertise in CAD modeling software, preferably Unigraphics. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to have a positive attitude, be proactive, work effectively in a team, communicate well, possess analytical and presentation skills, and stay updated on global and domestic industry trends to apply them in your work.
