Role Overview: You will be joining Meragi, India's biggest wed-tech startup, as a Fashion Consultant / Wedding Stylist (Apparels) based in Bengaluru. As part of the apparel team, you will play a pivotal role in providing customers with the best experience, helping them discover their perfect style for various occasions. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and goals. - Curate outfits and ensembles that align with clients' tastes and occasions. - Provide expert advice on fashion trends, colors, and styles suitable for clients' body types and personalities. - Assist in sales activities by recommending products and styling solutions to clients. - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. - Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management. - Collaborate with designers and categories to coordinate outfits for events. - Take measurements for tailored garments and other items, and make detailed notes. - Build a network of contacts within the fashion industry to enhance opportunities for clients. - Help clients develop a personal style that reflects their personality and professional image. - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting fashion products and services to clients. - Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Qualification Required: - Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience as a fashion stylist/fashion consultant or in a similar role within the apparel industry. - Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and styling techniques. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for fashion and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.
