Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Project Co-Ordinator located in Mumbai at Capsicum Mediaworks®. The Website Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of website projects from initiation to launch. This role acts as a bridge between the client, design/development team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Coordinate and track multiple website projects simultaneously

Create and manage project timelines, task lists, and milestones

Maintain and update project management tools

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution

Schedule meetings, share updates, and collect timely feedback

Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the internal team

Team Collaboration:

Liaise with designers, developers, content writers, and QA to ensure deliverables are on track

Facilitate smooth handoffs between design, development, and testing phases

Ensure dependencies between teams are communicated and managed

Quality Control:

Review deliverables (e.g., designs, dev links, content) before sharing with clients

Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the client and track feedback

Ensure all client feedback is logged and actioned upon

Strategic Thinking:

Identify process improvements and contribute to SOP documentation

Flag risks early and propose proactive solutions

Ensure client expectations are managed throughout the lifecycle

Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Project Management skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital or web agency

Basic understanding of website design and development processes (WordPress knowledge is a plus)

Proficiency in using project management tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with SEO and responsive design principles

Experience using tools like Figma, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms

Background in client servicing or account management

Salary:

CTC: ₹ 3.6L - ₹ 4.8L Per Annum

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai - 100% Onsite

Experience: 2-3 years

Joining: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
