The Role

Website Developer Superstar

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Implementation:

  Develop intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) and ensure optimal user experience (UX) across all digital assets.

• Website Development & Management:

  Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites across various platforms (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Design & Detail:

  Maintain a sharp

  eye on designs and details

  , ensuring all websites are visually compelling, user-friendly, and adhere to client brand guidelines.

• Optimization & Technical SEO:

  Lead the

  implementation of technical SEO

  elements (e.g., site speed optimization, schema markup, site structure) and ensure all development decisions support positive search engine ranking.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

  Conduct rigorous

  testing

  (functionality, cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and usability) before deployment.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Branding teams to integrate marketing strategies and client needs into the development and design process.

• Maintenance:

  Manage website hosting, security, and regular updates.

What You Bring

• Experience:

  Proven experience as a Website Developer, with a strong emphasis on

  UI/UX principles and execution

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in relevant web development languages and platforms and experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is highly beneficial.

  is required, particularly how development and UX impact conversion rates and SEO performance.
