You will be part of a team at ShopDeck that helps e-commerce merchants set up and manage their D2C storefront profitably. As a Website Poc, your primary responsibility will be interacting with sellers, collecting required data, making changes on the website based on a checklist, and ensuring the online storefront is reviewed by the seller and made live. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and address any challenges that arise. This role will enhance your interpersonal, coordination, and management skills while contributing to the success of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with sellers and customers, focusing on B2B or B2C environments. - Make changes on the website based on a checklist and seller's requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and resolve challenges. - Create and manage online storefronts for sellers. - Ensure the online storefront is reviewed by the seller and made live. - Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. - Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively. - Present data clearly and effectively using strong analytical skills. - Manage multiple stakeholders and address their needs. - Demonstrate advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Understand business priorities and seller's needs to offer appropriate solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Fresher or minimum of 1 year experience in an MNC, startup, or reputable organization. - Graduate or post-graduate qualification. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English. - Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate tasks effectively. - Strong analytical skills and ability to present data clearly and effectively. - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and addressing their needs. - Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Solution-oriented approach to understand and address business priorities and seller's needs.
