Website Designer (WordPress and Elementor Specialist)

As a Web Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create visually compelling website designs using Elementor and WordPress themes. You will be tasked with implementing interactive design elements such as sliders, pop-ups, and animations to enhance user engagement. Additionally, customizing pre-built Elementor widgets or designing custom widgets may be required based on project needs. Collaboration with clients is a key aspect of this role where you will work closely with them to understand their branding and functionality requirements. Conducting website usability testing will also be part of your duties to ensure a smooth user experience. Furthermore, optimizing websites for performance, speed, and search engine rankings will be essential to meet project goals. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics. Proficiency in Elementor Pro, WordPress themes, and design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma is crucial for creating impactful designs. A basic understanding of graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva will also be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working night shifts.
