Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites for Growwstacks, an AI/automation startup. Your role will involve translating design concepts and business requirements into functional web applications, customizing templates, and integrating third-party tools as needed. You will also be tasked with ensuring website performance, speed, and scalability, troubleshooting and optimizing websites for SEO and performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites. - Translate design concepts and business requirements into functional web applications. - Customize templates and integrate third-party tools. - Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize websites for SEO and performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in web development and design with a portfolio. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar. - Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal. - Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks/projects, and possess good communication skills and responsiveness.
