As a Website Designer at Future Varsity, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence to drive sales and enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Technology to implement the digital roadmap and ensure that our websites are optimized for high conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the design, maintenance, and updates of institutional websites and program-specific microsites across multiple campuses. - Design landing pages and funnels tailored for Digital & Performance Marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion-first design principles to enhance lead quality and reduce customer acquisition costs. - Utilize CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and page builders to build and maintain pages, ensuring mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds. - Work closely with the SEO/SEM team to optimize designs for search engines and site speed. - Maintain consistent visual messaging across all digital touchpoints in alignment with brand guidelines. - Utilize heatmaps and analytics data to make data-driven design decisions, enhance user experience, and minimize bounce rates. Key Skills & Experience: - 5-7 years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX, or Front-End Development. - Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping, and WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or Webflow for website building. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is essential. - Understanding the importance of designing for conversion rather than just aesthetics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
