Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Website Builder & Social Media Management Executive to work remotely from anywhere in Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical website development skills, along with expertise in social media management, content creation, and video editing. This role requires a self-driven individual who can independently manage digital assets and contribute to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management:

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar.

2. English language proficiency and content writing ability

3. Customize themes, plugins, layouts, and landing pages as per business requirements.

4. Ensure website speed, security, SEO basics, and mobile responsiveness.

5. Perform regular website updates, backups, and troubleshooting.

6. Coordinate remotely with internal teams or clients for content and feature updates.

Social Media Management

1. Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).

2. Plan content calendars and schedule posts using social media tools.

3. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online presence.

4. Monitor insights and analytics to improve reach and engagement.

Content Creation

1. Create high-quality posts, banners, and creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Write clear and engaging captions, website content, and basic marketing copy.

3. Support blog posts, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

Video Editing & Multimedia

1. Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and website use.

2. Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and branding elements.

3.Optimize videos for different platforms and screen sizes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience in WordPress / Webflow / Shopify or similar CMS platforms.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

Familiarity with SEO basics, Google Analytics, and website optimization.

Understanding of hosting, domains, and website maintenance.

Content & Design Skills

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Strong visual sense and attention to branding consistency.

Good written English skills (Hindi or regional language knowledge is a plus).

Video Editing Skills

Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Ability to create short-form and long-form video content for social platforms.

Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

2–5 years of relevant experience in website development and social media management.

Portfolio or samples of websites, social media pages, and video work is highly preferred.
