Key Responsibilities

Website & CMS Management

• Manage, update, and optimize the companys website (WordPress / custom CMS).
  
• Ensure website uptime, performance, security, and mobile responsiveness.
  
• Upload and maintain content such as blogs, case studies, landing pages, and product pages.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for design enhancements and functionality improvements.
  
• Maintain website structure, internal linking, and troubleshoot layout/display issues.
  

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
  
• Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata, content, and images.
  
• Perform technical SEO (site speed, sitemaps, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
  
• Manage backlinks, directory listings, and competitor analysis.
  
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  

Lead Generation & CRO

• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms for lead generation.
  
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams to apply SEO best practices across campaigns.
  

Creative Design Support

• Design visually appealing creatives for website banners, digital campaigns, and social media.
  
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in website management (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
• Strong knowledge of

  SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)

  .
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO).
  
• Basic understanding of

  HTML, CSS, and web hosting management

  .
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager & CRO techniques is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  

Preferred Tools

• CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Drupal
  
• SEO Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  
• Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop (preferred)
  
• Performance Monitoring: PageSpeed Insights, Core Web Vitals
